MANAGER OPERATIONS TEXTILE - Bidge Pakistan - Karachi

Job Detail:
One of the leading textile groups with country wide manufacturing facilities, having its corporate head office in Karachi, is interested to hire an outstanding team player who could take control of its entire operation from Inquiries to Packing & Dispatch.

The desired individual must have solid textile background and textile production management experience who can work independently as Manager Operations. He would take care of Inquiries, order confirmation, Material Supply Chain Management, Production Planning & Control, TQM, Packing & Dispatch till shipment with following responsibilities:

To develop the strategic directions for enforcing group international growth from their operations.
Develop the smart activities for product development, planning, sourcing, purchase, production operations and logistics.
To optimize current production facilities and identify additional top level production possibilities.
To manage directly the key suppliers as well as sourcing agencies.
To take end responsibility on quality, delivery time, cost efficiency, and people management.
To ensure compliance with applicable quality and value standards or policies of the group.
To design tasks with strong follow-up and can look after outside processing.
To demonstrate leadership and can take Team follow-up with Managers.
To coordinate and ensure proper upkeep and maintenance with strong Maintenance Planning skills
To be able to design effective budgeting and costing
To be able to work on computer and related softwares.
The Group is looking for a self-driven executer with a passion for quality, having analytical thinking and strong communication, negotiation, leadership and people management skills.
